In the quiet northwest corner of Pennsylvania lies the picturesque and possibly difficult to spell Pymatuning State Park. Pymatuning holds a couple of “biggest” honors in the state: it’s the biggest of the state parks, and the reservoir there is the biggest lake in PA.

A big thanks to Phillyist.com for the mention, and okay, the writhing carp at the Linesville Spillway may be my idea of delightful Pennsylvania, but perhaps it’s a gross-out for some. So we’ve changed our header image to this lovely carp-free view of Sullivan County (with thanks to Vin Marshall for the image).
